☝🏻This got me out on the trails today! 🏃♀️ I so nearly hit the mill because it was like a freaking hurricane outside 🌬🤦♀️ But I watched this and was reminded I’ve run in much harsher environments (sandstorms in desert during the Dubai summer - testing!!! 😱) and that training isn’t mean to be easy, is it? 🤷♀️ So crack the f*@k on Kim and get it done! ✔️Oh and isn’t there something along the lines of ‘train hard, race easy’ (*easier.. maybe more appropriate 😜) ?!? So a steady 26 km 🏃♀️ on some muddy trails, + 400 m ⬆️ and the wind even dropped (a little) at times. Annnnd the sun came out ☀️ #winning 👌🏻Happy Saturday peeps! 🙌🏻
