Benim için çok duygusal bir paylaşım bu çünkü hem Hindistan’da okuduğum lisemin (The British Schoo, New Delhil) mezunlarının tarifleriyle oluşturulan uluslararası bir yemek kitabında tarifim yayınlandı, hem de aslında bu Karnıyarık tarifi 2017 sonunda kaybettiğimiz rahmetli annanem Melahat Arslansoy’a ait. Okuldaki kültürel çeşitliliği vurgulamak adına hazırlanan kitapta özellikle aile yadigarı tariflere yer verildi. Bu kitapla birlikte güzel annanemin de ismini yaşatmış olduk (görseli sola kaydırın) 🙏🏻❤️🌺🌿 Canım annanemiz nur içinde yatsın... ✨🙏🏻🌻 | This is a very emotional post for me because my recipe has been featured in a cookbook published by my high school, the British School, New Delhi and the recipe I shared (Karnıyarık) is inherited from my deceased grandmother Melahat Arslansoy whom we lost about a year ago (swipe left) My grandmother’s name will live forever through this book project which aimed to promote cultural diversity.
