Five years ago I was visiting Québec City for Winter Carnival and exploring Vieux (Old) Québec with @jennsmithnelson in a snowstorm. #flashbackfriday The historic district is beautiful even when trudging through deep snow! The 2019 Carnival opens today and I was hoping to be there this year but the timing didn’t work for us. Maybe next year!! Is anyone else going to Québec for Carnival this year?
