Since i posted one of my abdominal workouts on my story I’ve had a few question on what exercises are good and how often i train my core, sooo heres my current ab condition and what i currently do for them. All exercises are 3 sets and 3-4 times a week ( don’t forget tho, the most important thing about getting and keeping abdominals/obliques is what you eat!
