Throw back Thursday! These pictures show the difference between the “skinny” and healthy me.
People who are naturally very thin can also be healthy, don’t get me wrong. However, when a person’s goal is “skinny”, sometimes, they are not doing what’s best for their body. 
These pictures are probably a little more than 10 years apart.

It took a long time for me to “get it” and realize that the number on the scale can sometimes be too low.
I no longer go into another room and cry when someone notices I’ve gained weight. I remember doing that MANY times. 
I want to help others be healthy, whether that means they need stay the same weight, lose weight, or in my case, gain some. 
I’m here to help anyone who struggles with body image, and the number on the scale. #bodydysmorphia #healthyisntanumber #scalesdontmatter
