For Manifest Monday, I thought I’d post about humans’ best asset- the mind. We run around all day watching what we eat, exercising, trying to make sure we make those 10k steps but  we very rarely stop to take care of our emotional self. I recently was at a women’s conference and heard noted psychologist Guy Winch speak. If you don’t know who he is I’ve included a link of his TeD talk in my bio. He talked about how society values the body more than the mind and he discussed 4 rules for practicing emotional first aid. He was amazing!! I’m not one for self help books or mantras but he really just made soo much sense! ❤️ your MIND & BODY! I’ve already started to read his book!
