okay letโ€™s talk โ€œcheat meals/daysโ€. In the past I would beat myself up, restrict calories and do so much extra cardio if I skipped up and had too much cake or ice cream. this past weekend I ate every bad food in the book: cinnamon rolls, pulled pork mac & cheese, cheesecake, ice cream, pasta, cookies, cake, pizza, etc. ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿช๐Ÿฆhad multiple โ€œcheat mealsโ€ and guess what? I lost 0 progress. I enjoyed every bite of that food and I have no regrets. I am going back to eating regularly and will not restrict myself for having some food that I enjoy. You do not need to cut out carbs or turn keto!!! Food is NOT the enemy- the second you understand that the second you will be genuinely happy with yourself and your lifestyle, and have your cake and eat it too ๐Ÿคช๐ŸŽ‚
