Solid back/bicep day today. Went for a 5x5 on deadlifts and checked that off the list.
The workout was
Deadlift 5x5
Chest assisted rows 4x10
Lat pull downs 3x10-12
Seated rows 3x10-12
Bent rows 4x10
Shrugs 3x10
Dumbell curls 5x15 each
Hammer curls 4x12
Felt really good today hopefully the weight will skyrocket throughout the year.
