It has been a long time since I’ve been able to lift “heavy.” Believe it or not, this used to be my warm up weight. 😅 I struggle with looking back sometimes and wondering how the heck I got so “weak” throughout my pregnancies. Then I remember that going through pregnancy and having babies is NOT easy on your body. Organs literally shift around to house a baby for nearly 10 months! It’s important to remember this when you’re going through the initial postpartum phase.. Rome wasn’t built in a day & your postpartum body won’t change in a day either ❤️
