Not so fun fact: most New Years Resolutions are abandoned by February. How are you doing on yours?

I think we all want to change for the better. But when it becomes difficult or we lose the excitement, we too often quit. I’ve made and abandoned MANY resolutions in past years. Making my health a priority can no longer be on that list—or I will burn myself out.

I’ve found programs that work, nutrition plans that are easy to follow, and an amazing community of women ready to support and encourage each other as we all work towards our health goals. We inspire and lift each other up in this journey, and for that I am so thankful.
