"You can’t keep your feelings to yourself all the time. You won’t be able to bare them for long, they will become too much for you to handle at some point. All this built up depression, anxiety, anger, sadness, pain will creep up inside your head and heart till they suffocate you. Like a volcano before it erupts, and when it’s time to explode this explosion will come out in a form of tears falling down your cheeks like rivers, or bruises on your knuckles because you got so frustrated you hit a wall. The point is don’t lock your feelings away. Share them with the closest person to you, or even jot them down on a piece of paper then cut it into tiny pieces.
