Vegan potato carrot pancakes🍛
Ingredients:
400 gm raw potato(about 3 medium potatos)
100 gm carrot(about 2 medium carrots)
One small onion 
Salt/pepper/parsley/babrika/cumin/garlic.
Recipe:
1-grate potatos , carrots & onion.
2-transfer to large bowl and press to drain any excess liquids.
3-add the other ingredients and mix well.
4-put in the oven for about 40 mins (160-180 degree).
Calories:
