I haven’t posted a progression in a while because ya know, I’m my biggest critic. I went through a moment where i lost all this weight (15 pounds to be exact), toned everything, and started clean eating. Then my weight plateaued for a minute and stayed the same even when lifting. Then i started to gain weight again. I thought it was because i fell off the wagon or i wasn’t doing something right but nope, it’s because i was building muscles. So here is my 9 month progress. Flatter tummy, more defined booty cheeks, bigger booty, and if you look, my arms are some definition too (although i HATE arm days).
