“Single Leg Glute Ham Raise w/Support” is something I’ve been experimenting with lately. It’s a fun, challenging way to add some variation to the traditional Glute Ham Raise.
Tips:
1) Use your off leg to gently press into the board to give balance
2) Keep your ribs down and hips tucked.
3) Start with a band to give some assistance and progress from thinner band to no band.
4) You should feel it in the hamstrings & dat azz.
