I used to live in Portland Oregon for years and one of the key spirit in the Portland’s bubble is so cool to make friend with your farmers and lots of Portlanders like to grow an eatable little garden in their yards.
I miss Portland’s weird lifestyle a lots so I keep doing so in Taiwan too. I learn from 80 years old-school farmer, my farming mentor and establish a vegetables farm in I-LAN, a beautiful country area. Meanwhile I enjoy myself making a little top-roof garden in my apartment in urban Taipei city. Super fun and enjoy freshly farm-to-table greens everyday.
