Rest always leaves me aching to create. Just 10 days into maternity leave and I told Buck this morning, “You need to hold me back, because my mind thinks I’m ready and my body is saying ‘Not yet.’” My heart also says ‘Not yet,’ because these baby snuggles are just the best.

So I’m just building Pinterest boards and saving photos on IG and finding myself inspired by the many creative friends I’m privileged to know. There is a time for everything, and right now that time is for rest.
