I’m on a training course today with my work and normally at these functions getting a vegan lunch is either impossible or I’m given something that’s lacklustre and generally awful 🌿

But today I was presented with this which is a beetroot & orange salad which when said doesn’t sound brilliant but look at it! Man, I’m just shook that I got given something decent to eat. Faith restored in the working world 🌿
