Often people mistake fitness for having the body type that trendy on Instagram or the fad diet that everyone swears by. These goals are not attainable for everyone. You’re called an individual because your body is different from everyone else’s. Fad diets make you lose weight till you resort back to normal eating patterns. 
The misconception of what fitness looks like is not real. Fitness does not mean lift weights for 2 hours a day, 5x a week. Or run 5 miles a day. What fitness does mean is just getting up and moving! It doesn’t matter what type of activity you do, as long as you like what you’re doing. Just get up and move!
