TRICEP ROPE PUSHDOWN โ™พ one of the most common exercises for triceps. The rope attachment enables me to target fibers deep within the triceps also it allows me to move through a fuller range of motion when I straighten my wrists at the bottom of the exercise.. This exercise allows you to use different training systems.
