TRICEP ROPE PUSHDOWN โพ one of the most common exercises for triceps. The rope attachment enables me to target fibers deep within the triceps also it allows me to move through a fuller range of motion when I straighten my wrists at the bottom of the exercise.. This exercise allows you to use different training systems.
