When your workout starts off with Shaun T saying, “It’s Monday people, and I’m not playing around!!”...you know you’re in for it. 
But here’s what up:: I want you to feel good. 
I want you to be stronger. 
I want you to be able to push harder. 
I want you to believe in yourself. 
I want you to be happy. 
I want you to be....BETTER! 
The thing about exercise that people get all wrong....is that it’s not what it does for you on the outside, but what it can change for you on the inside. 
The new program I just started has what’s called “Transformers” built in. They are 3, one minute moves, that you keep track of, and can compare yourself to the following week. To see how much stronger and faster that you’re becoming. 
Here’s my results in just one week:
Transformer #1- went from 89 to 121. 
Transformer #2- went from 90ish (stopped counting), to 108. 
Transformer #3- went from “didn’t even keep track”, to 67. 
I’d say one week in, and I’m doing alright!! Let’s get better, together!!
