Just made @sarahs_day recent smoothie bowl! All I hav to say is YUM! I’ve been making smoothie bowls for a while now. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever and really cutting out all the candy and ice cream is a major goal of mine this year! Of course I will still have some here and there because it’s all about balance but I need to work on not eating handfuls of candy every night... it’s gonna be hard since valentines is coming up and every corner you turn at the store bags of candy hearts and chocolate eggs are staring you down. ANYWAYS my point is smoothies and smoothie bowls have been such a game changer in helping me reduce my candy/ice cream intake! If I crave ice cream I can just wipe up a smoothie bowl and get the same satisfaction of yummy creamy ice cream just melting in my mouth but in a much healthier form! It’s all about alternatives☺️ What is your favorite healthy alternative?
