اسْكُنُوا فِي الصَّلاَةِ ( Be calm in prayer) : My teacher explained that in Salah there is ENOUGH to preoccupy a person that other extra matters shouldn’t be entering in our head. The matters in Salah, the movements, the adkhar, the surahs we read should all be enough to keep us busy. It’s not that we come to salah like robots and do habitual movements because that’s just salah out of habit, there a big difference with coming to Salah realizing Who we are stand before and hoping for reward for it. Ain’t it so? .
