An old case found on old mobile phone, abrasions and gingival recessions ( and why so much recession cases sometimes l ask myself🤪) were treated via first composite fillings to create new cej line and that line should be concave for blood clot, and than advancement of flep beyond this new line. And l covered all root surface with new scarred papillas due to caf.
Eski telefonda bulduğum eski bir vaka, abrazyonlar ve dişeti çekilmeleri ( bazen neden bu kadar çok dişeti çekilmesi vakası atıyorum bende anlamıyorum başka bişey yapmıyormuşum gibi 🤪) öncelikle abrazyon yüzeyleri temizlenip kompozit dolgularla yeni mine sement sınırı oluşturuldu tabiki bu yeni yüzey biraz iç bükey olmalı kan pıhtısı için, daha sonra kronale pozisyone flep ile defektler kapatılarak tedavi edildi. Sonuçta kpf yaptığım için tüm kök yüzeyleri skarlı papillerle iyileşerek kapandı.
