I FINALLY STARTED WITH SOME GENTLE EXERCISES
After my Hashimoto’s diagnosis in 09/2017 I had to cut all my exercising routines due to inflammation occurring after workouts, muscle weakness, joint pain, lower back pain etc... The most I could do was walking.
Hashimoto’s was caused by breast implants which I had for 2 years and 3 month.
I am over 4 months post explant and slowly going to remission with my Hashi and slowly but surely weaning of my meds {T3 and T4}. Special thank you to my friend Ellenie @the_lchf_lifestyle who brought me awareness about breast implants illness and amazing support group @breast_implant_illness run by @kimbarden and @dee_hicks.
