It seems as though people only know of pho. Another favorite Vietnamese noodle dish I like to order is Bun Thang. It’s a Northern dish from Hanoi that my mom grew up eating when she was little. It’s like a light tasting chicken noodle soup. 📍HP Pho Bac Ninh
