It’s been a solid 6 months since I’ve boxed, & I’ve never boxed on a hanging bag, but man it felt so good to get back into it!

Boxing is SUCH a good workout. It works your whole body & REALLY works your arms & shoulders. (Which i hate working in the gym 🙃)

If you’ve never tried boxing or kickboxing out, i highly recommend it! Finding different workouts that really work for you is key to excelling in your fitness journey 😊
