Neck Flexors and Lateral Flexors Stretches
.
Sit so that your torso is straight!
Tilt your head backward, then tilt it to the side as far as you can (as you can see in the video)
(cervical extension ,c2-c7, with lateral flexion).
.
Perform the exercise slow and controlled.  Be careful not to push to forcefully when using your hand to increase the stretch.  A light pressure is all that is needed.
