LEG DAY๐ :
Pre exhaust circuit: x 5 rounds
A) Leg Extension (100,50,30,20,20,)
B) Seated Leg curl (30,30,20,20,20)
C) Abduction machine (50,50,50,50,50)

Leg Press: 5 sets (50,20,20,20,20) HUMBLER set ๐ฅon the final set (5 plates for 20, take one from one side, 8 more reps, take one from the other side, 8 more reps, and keep failing and you dropping til you only have 1 plate on 1 side of the sled ๐.

Guided front squat: 3x12 (3 count on the way down, explode up)

Safety bar squats: 135x10x4 (nothing fancy I know but try squatting at END of your leg day and see how much weight you can move)

Lying leg curl: 3x20 (3 count on the way down, explode up. Use a full range of motion.

Leg extension finisher: 50 full range reps, 50 mid range reps, 50 pulse reps

Pro tip: start using the bike for cardio at a higher resistance then normal if youโre already doing it. Iโve been trying to do 30 mins at level 15 keeping the RPMs to at least 70๐ฅ :
