Since I didn’t work due to a kids early appointment in the AM, I decided to practice (or mess around with) doing a head stand (w a pillow). Now I wanna be able to hold it for a while & possibly (let’s all laugh together) bring it to a handstand 🖐🏽. A couple of mess ups but got it and held it for a min.
