It is easy to have gratitude and feel safe when life is going well!But it’s not always easy when there are obstacles,setbacks, trauma and loss.Thats where the hard work is - finding gratitude and courage in the darkest of moments and situations.No one escapes the human experience of some kind of suffering.When there is trauma or pain we are gripped by our primal survival instincts of fear.But if we can feel grateful for even the tough times , we rewire our brain and heart to move towards less stress - more peace- higher resilience - more positive action!
