The boyfs ‘gym’ doesn’t believe in free weights so I grabbed a step, my resistance band (never gym without it) and a 10kg plate I found

Here I did a HIIT circuit, straight into an ab circuit then rest. Repeated 5x
15x each of the 4 HIIT exercises
▪️Squat jump
▪️Box side steps
▪️Box squat jump
▪️Weighted squats
20x each of the 4 ab exercises
▪️ V sit crunch
▪️Commandos
▪️Leg raises
▪️Resistance band toe taps

Doing leg raises on a box allows you to lower you legs below your body. These can be made easier doing them on the floor
For the resistance band toe taps, lift your upper back off the floor so your core is tensed. Keeping one leg at 90degrees from your body extend the other out straight to touch the wall
