What do you train in Monday’s? I always train legs 🤪 it gets me hyped for the rest of the week and gives me time to recover before my next leg day!

1️⃣ 4x6-10 barbell deadlift
2️⃣ 4x6-12 barbell squat THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME DOING 135 IN MONTHS
3️⃣ 4x10 reverse lunges
4️⃣ 4x10 db squat 
5️⃣ 4x10 leg extension and then I do 5 reps single leg each leg and then repeat another 5 reps single leg
6️⃣ 4x10 db single leg elevated glute bridge
