I do have #musclememory and 8ve always stayed active throughout my life. I do Bikram yoga as my regular fitness. 
I have #plantbased protein thats has developed my body. 
Im a vegetarian working toward veganism.  I don t use whey protein ( milk protein) I used plantbased( from peas)
. I just turned 38yr old on Nov 7.
