Here’s some early morning Gym motivation with battle ropes training . 
Tip never hold the ropes to tight just wana hold it enough so it don’t slip out your hands & let it flow firmly ,to get those clean waves .

I worked my way up to doing 12 sets for 30seconds & 15 seconds rest. 
The burn is awesome if you really want to get tone.  try after your workout insane cardio & over strength building . !
