BEING SCARED IS NOT A BAD THING
I have lost count at the times I’ve done something that scares me. Moving to a new city, accepting a new position, ending toxic friendships and relationships, committing to a healthier me... the list goes on!
I’ve found that every time I do something outside my comfort zone, I grow so much more as a person. Yes, it can be painful at first, but I always remind myself that nothing is forever and keep going. Eventually what seemed like climbing a mountain is more like a stroll at a park, I grow and I hunger for my next adventure. I’ve only recently done this, but finding yourself a group of awesome people you can count on being there to help you see how awesome you’re doing also makes a big difference. There’s no reason you should go through your journey alone!
So never play it safe, go after what you deserve and be persistent!
