Do you sometimes feel like you’re stuck in the vortex of negative vibes from people/things around you. Let me share some tips with you... -

1️⃣identity whose emotion is present. Is it your own negative emotion, if so..you can deal with it and worth through the emotions. Is it someone else?  You need to recognize that it’s not your burden to carry and let it go. 
2️⃣put some space between you and the negativity. Sometimes all you need is some time to regroup your thoughts. 
3️⃣know your limits. When it comes to dealing with negativity and negative energy it’s important to know what triggers that feeling in you. When you can identify a feeling associated with negativity you can deal with it sooner and faster. If that negativity is coming from a person, start walking in the other direction ✌🏻 -
4️⃣just breathe. If you are getting overwhelmed take a few minutes to regulate your breathing and reset your thoughts

5️⃣get clear with people. Sometimes you just have to put your foot down and say no. The word no has a lot of power that we often take for granted. If someone is trying to steal your sunshine, setting limits and boundaries with that person can go a long way. 
6️⃣meditate. If negative energy are flowing over you take a few minutes to sit quietly in your own head and meditate. Block the negative thoughts and make room for the positive emotions and energy in your life. .
