Confession: I don’t live at the gym. It’s a good week if I can get 4 sessions in. Average is 2-3 workouts a week as of late. > ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Life gets in the way. It’s busy and messy. However, I still aim for 3 workouts every week to stay consistent. > ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some weeks are better than others. Only human, but the effort is there! > ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because I only go as often as I go, my progress is “slower” when compared to others. But guess what! ☝🏼 I am only competing against myself and am doing what is best for me. > ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With all the work and moving stress and etc in my life right now, I am doing what is best for me to not fall off the wagon. > ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
