Today I sat with @elizabeth.truss.mp, the Chief Secretary of the HM Treasury, and a team of incredible, young entrepreneurs, to discuss the challenges we’ve faced in starting a business as a young person, as she wants to make it easier for people to start businesses in the future. We then went for canapés at the Houses of Parliament, where we spoke with various other MPs.

I even met the guy who’s responsible for keeping the Queen up to date with everything the government does on a daily basis. Turns out he’d just come directly from meeting with her at the palace before chatting with me! 😅

Ps. A quick note to my younger self, and others who have visions of one day doing cool things that perhaps aren’t “normal” or “part of the system”... whatever battles you’re currently facing, in pursuit of your vision, keep going. Only a few years ago I was kicked out of school, having failed ALL but two of my exams, and being told I’d never make it in business. Now, I’m able to be a small part in a big change. And a change I’m truly passionate about.
