OK... as I was making this Cauliflower Crust Pizza I received requests for the recipe so here goes....
🍕crust dEATS⬇️
* 14 oz cauliflower rice or florets
* 1 large egg
* 1 tsp Garlic powder
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1/2 tsp cracked red pepper
1. 🎛Make sure Oven is preheated to 400 degrees
2. ⏲Heat or steam cauliflower rice with 1/4 cup of water added for about 3-5 minutes
3. 🔨Let cauliflower rice cool and place in a strainer. Press the rice firmly to drain all the water out (should take a couple minutes)
4. 🥣In a bowl mix in all other ingredients and whisk well
5. 🥣Mix drained cauliflower rice and liquid content well until blended.
6. 🍽Place on a pan with parchment paper or spray with oil
7. ⏲Bake for 30-40 minutes and then FLIP THE CRUST and bake for another 6 minutes.
The rest is up to your imagination on how to top your #carbfree new #cauliflowercrust pizza. If only I had pineapple laying around in the house... don’t judge, I’m one of them🤤 Don’t forget to always pair your meals with salads!!! They add more than just color to the meal :)
