I really hate “bulking” season... I don’t even call it a bulk, I eat 1800 calories but I gained 1.4kg the past 2 months, how can I even gain weight in my maintenance? So yeah I guess it’s a bulk for me... It’s also the first time since I lost so much weight that I gained weight again, I know it probably are muscles because I eat the same things but just more, but I’m always scared to be “fat” again... so I can’t wait to start my cut in januari 😢
