I just love getting older. I have never been more happy, present, wise, comfortable in my skin + confident in my mission. I have never been able to see so clearly the road ahead. I have never felt better with whom I surround myself with. Its easier to say NO when it’s a hell no + yes when it’s a hell yes (even in the face of fear) It has been quite the journey + I wouldn’t change a thing ! .

When we take responsibility in our lives to care for ourselves, focus on our health, unapologetically set healthy boundaries, surround ourselves with nourishing connections, realize + own the possibilities that lay before us, develop a close relationship with our intuition, all while designing lifestyle we love, well, life will open up in such an expansive way. It just gets better + better. .
