🏖Just a few of the exercises in this solid lower body piece!

🏝Starting off with heavy,  lighter than max weight deadlifts. Here I’m doing 145. Followed by kettlebell squat deadlift taps, really firing those quads. -

☀️Then we got a single leg RDL variation here with just working on movement of the hips and feet staying in place. Of course finish it up with some abs: single sided medicine ball slams. By focusing on one side at a time you’re really engaging your obliques more than you would usually!
