Yep! This kind of describes my day ✌🏻 I’ve been told my whole life that I’m too emotional and often people kept things from me because they knew I would get upset... Awful right? I know I’m not alone in this category! After learning that I’m an emotional authority in Human Design I literally felt like I was given permission to honour my emotions and to know how to finally work with them instead of against them. I know several people who have similar authorities and we all commonly experience the highs and lows quite extreme and it can be quite misunderstood if you don’t learn about it. But there is true beauty in the process so rather than attaching yourself to every feeling, you have to let yourself cycle through the emotions till you come to a place of clarity which is freakin life changing! It’s amazing how by simply changing your understanding of the experience, you can learn to authentically show up exactly as your soul wants you to! So shout out to my emotional tribe, there is SO much beauty in honouring those emotions 😍❤️😍 *
