My absolute favorite aspect of the ‘portrait’ part of the day, is watching the couple slowly realize, they’re finally alone. No one is asking them questions, no one is grabbing them for a selfie, no one is introducing them to great Aunt Susan, It’s just them!!...well, and me 😊 You can visibly see the sense of relaxation wash over them.
