I’ve been on a bit of a journey this year. I started the year off with black hair. I had already lost a stone in weight and was exercising regularly and eating better. I had a complete change in mindset and was feeling really really good about myself. 
As the year went on I lost another stone for my summer holiday and I got blonder too 😊
I’m loving being blonde and I’m loving where I am at.

I’m not anywhere near where I want to be...... I still have a shed load of fat to shift......... it’s a long process that requires a consistent and patient approach. Most people give up when things don’t change overnight. They want quick instant results...... but then they land up back to square one and so the cycle repeats  and repeats over and over!! For the past 6 months I’ve pretty much stayed exactly the same in terms of my weight and measurements. 
But you know what....... this is progress BECAUSE I have demonstrated to myself that I can live like this. I have found a way keep fit and healthy and eat what I want without damage or failure. I can sustain this every single day.

I am VERY motivated to go into next year with a renewed focus on shifting some more fat and losing inches. I have the skills, knowledge and support to do so.

It’s very clear to me from my pictures that I am even more fit and healthy this Christmas compared to last Christmas. A stone difference between the pics doesn’t actually reflect the changes properly. I just look better and my body composition is completely different.

I am thankful to @rocksoliduk  and @pt_lee_health_and_fitness for the contributions they have made to the changes in me.

So.... my advice .....enter into 2019 🏋️‍♀️with a renewed focus on what makes your body better
🏋️‍♀️with a mindset that makes you live life NOW...... not when you lose weight
🏋️‍♀️with the motivation and determination to patiently chip away at it 🏋️‍♀️ with a focus on fat loss not weight loss 🏋️‍♀️ with an appreciation of who you are and how capable you are
🏋️‍♀️ with a new respect for your body and mind
🏋️‍♀️with a desire to be the best possible version of you.
