My favorite winter meal hands down! I can eat this all day, everyday. It’s definitely worth the prep time, & it’s one of those leftovers I don’t get tired of, this & spaghetti.😋 Hope all of you have a great weekend!

Ingredients:
•Roast
•2 beef broth .
•Carrots-8 large, skinned
•Gold potatoes-skinned & cut in half
•Celery-2 stalks
•1 white onion
•3 bay leaves .
•1 teaspoon sea salt .
•1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•2 teaspoon sage
•2 teaspoon thyme
•1 teaspoon onion powder
•1 teaspoon garlic .

Directions for Oven:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
2. Place meat into a large cookable container with 1 beef stock, 1/2 onion, & half of the seasoning mix. I tend to make it all & split it in half. Put in oven with tinfoil on top for 2 hours.
3. In the meantime get the vegetables ready & place in another large cookable container, put the rest of the ingredients in there. Put tinfoil on top.
4. Cook for an hour & a half, leave the meat in there too. This makes it super tender. 
5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, enjoy!😋

This can be done easily in a crockpot too! Follow the same instructions but put the roast on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. I still recommend the vegetables to go in the oven because they fall apart easy in the crockpot, but it still tastes just as good.😝If wanting to put the vegetables in the crockpot I recommend putting in the potatoes on high for 3 hours or low for 5, & the carrots & celery on high for 2 or low for 3. .
