Sometimes we cannot see our value because something or someone else told us it was not there.
Find solace in the fact that when you are looking at a critic you are looking at someone that does not fully respect their own Time. If they knew what they could be doing with their time, they would not be spending it on you.
You are worth whatever it is towards which you give your effort and your critics need you
