Running around to get the perfect presents and set up the most amazing tree and eating all the amazing food and going to the parties.

In August I made the best decision of my life! I put my health and me first and now I am a better because of one small change. I am more patient, I can breathe easier, and I can honestly say I am so excited to see where I go in 2019! I think it’s going to be the best one yet!
I want to help other feel this amazing going into the new year! We have a new program coming out that is in 20 minutes a day! If you can’t find 20 minutes to put yourself first you need to change some priorities girlfriend!
