The food in Israel was absolutely incredible, we miss it already! Looking up Israeli shakshuka & hummus online now so I can recreate it authentically.
(Like how is the hummus so creamy & smooth? Or the tomatoes in the shakshuka, why are they never acidic but rather always sweet?)
