💪🏼I’ve always been a big fan of prehab before every workout. If you want to be pain free and have longevity in the weight room, then having a quality prehab routine will benefit you tremendously.

👉🏼On my upper body/shoulder day I usually perform this prehab circuit...
1. T’s, Y’s, ER’s and Angels- 2 sets of 5 reps.
2. Band Pull Aparts- 2 sets of 10 reps
3. Band Dislocations- 2 sets of 10 reps
NOTE: I perform this prehab routine as a superset back to back.
